Businesses around the world are facing tremendous challenges. We aren’t sure what and how things will look in next one year or even in six months. The unprecedented times have created a new havoc which took the world onto a topsy turvy ride. Under such conditions many people are finding ways to survive, many are still struggling to leave their comfort zones and many have not even accepted the truth that the world is going to get changed.

Under such challenging conditions the greatest leaders wish their team to be more creative. With this new shift a need to cultivate a creative thinking is the need of the hour.

Now the question arises why should we care about creativity?

Well, if you care about your career, then first take care of your creativity. Both individuals and businesses hold great value to people with creative qualities. Especially when today the world is turning we have to follow our creative instincts so as remain in the market scenario. Also as per survey creative people earn 17% more money than those who don’t. Similarly, in a survey of 1,500 CEOs, IBM found that creativity is the number one trait needed for personal and business success.

How to develop creativity?

For that one needs to first take the courageous step to understand that inspiration stays inside you which has the seeds of creativity. Secondly, fear always accompanies creativity. But you need not to worry much about that, just embrace it and don’t allow fear to vote your decisions. Thirdly, come out of the mass criticism “What people will say?”, because you are a creative being and you are not producing it to allure people. You are producing it out of self-love. Once you love your creativity, appreciation will automatically follow it.

The universe buries strange jewels deep within us all, and then stands back to see if we can find them.

Thus, know that creativity isn’t a magical gift bestowed to just a few lucky individuals. Everyone is creative and also it will help you to grow professionally. The moment you kill your creativity you stifle something inside you and it stinks in the form of hatred or envy.

Knowing the above facts I too put myself on the path to flex my creativity muscles and become an author. The result is that today I am an author of two Best Sellers.
