Building your personal brand is about strategically, creatively, and professionally presenting what makes you, you. Knowing who you are and the value you bring to the table enables you to be more informed, agile, and adaptable to the changing dynamic world of work.
There is a perception held by many that a personal brand is ‘cringy” and that only famous people have them – eg the Kardashians. This is not true today. Your digital footprint is the key to you being able to deliver a consistent message about who you are, what you all about and what value you offer to the world. It is in this space that you can truly be you and take control of how you want to be “seen” by the world.
